A.: Four clubs are currently managed by Smash Management: Smash Sporting Club Heliopolis, Les Rois Club by Smash New Cairo, AlKarma Club by Smash Management Sheikh Zayed City, and Khamayl Club by Smash Management Sheikh Zayed City.
A.: Unfortunately this is not allowed, as clubs managed by Smash Management are of different owners.
A.: First: filling a membership application form and have a guided tour of the club. Second: interview with the management in which any questions you or we might have will be answered. Third: if approved, payment of the required fees at the Customer Service.
A: We have a longterm membership, and an annual membership. The least membership period is one year we do not have summer or 3-6 months membership.
A: Membership fees consist of initial fees (to be paid once only when becoming members) and annual fees (to be paid every year at the beginning of the year till the end of February.
A: The payment facilities and options are discussed during the interview with the management.
A: We have various payment options including cash payment, installments through the club, and installments through Suez Canal Bank.
A: Only if you decide to change to longterm membership within the first 3 months. After that you have to pay the full fees.
A: We lease the land just like Novotel Hotel, Iberotel Hotel, the gas station and all the area around. We have a contract which is renewable. The Airport Authority is encouraging investment and they are benefiting from it. Besides, a considerable investment is put in our facilities, therefore leaving it is unlikely.
A: We have currently completed phase 1 of the New Extension, with phase 2 currently under construction.
A: There are 4 options for payment in the required period: a) you can pay the fees online through our mobile application b) you can pay in advance for the next year if you are here in holidays c) You can ask one of your family or friends to come and pay it before the end of February. d) You can transfer the amount to the Arab African International Bank, account number 564737-3931-EGP-002
A: There is no refund or selling of membership. When you became a member you signed the membership application form that includes a clause to this effect.
A: The membership has to be renewed every year, however, if you are not using the club you can pay ½ of the annual fees only (“freezing membership”). Any member who does not renew the membership fees for more than 3 years will lose the membership. Freezing will be for a whole year, yet no invitations will be given. In case you would like to use club during that period, you have to pay the rest of the fees and you will receive your invitation booklets as well.
A: You can buy another booklet of 20 invitations for EGP1000 excluding VAT, or you can pay at the reception every time you have guests EGP100 excluding VAT for every adult and EGP50 excluding VAT for every child under 12 years old.
A: Boys are allowed to join their mothers at the pool on ladies days till 7 years only.
A: Yes our social activities manager and marketing department organize parties, trips and social events on a monthly basis.
A: The outdoor pool is open from 9:00AM till sunset and the indoor pool is open from 9:00AM till 10:00PM.
A: Yes, we have on Monday, in summer from 9:00AM till 3:00PM at the outdoor pools and in Winter from 9:00AM till 1:00PM at the indoor pool.
A: The New Extension is only for members, entrance to non-members is not allowed even with tickets.
